I am reaching out to you in the hopes that you can help resolve this error I am experiencing with your customer service group. On **** I was notified that I was one of the winners in your *ReimagineVIPSweepstakes. I was given ** hours to respond with my phone, email and address. I was so excited that I responded within the hour which is challenging for me to do as I work as an Associate Director at a pharmaceutical company and don’t have time for personal Tweets or emails during the day. I was told someone from iHeartRadio would be reaching out to me with additional details. No one ever reached out to me either by phone, email or via the mail. That is, until yesterday—- when I received a message via Twitter that another winner was chosen since iHeartRadio was not able to reach me. However, I answer all calls and emails (and was waiting for some communication from iHeartRadio specifically -so was keeping my eye out for this) and again no one from iHeartRadio tried to contact me. Can you please help me resolve this as I am one of the legitimate winners and followed all requested steps in order for my prize to be fulfilled.**I have also sent an email to Bob Pittman at iHeartRadio about this issue was well.**Tracy Davis
