I ordered food with Ashoka family restaurant on ** June **** after some time delivery man call me that his bike has been punctured so I cannot deliver the food so please cancel the order from your side because I have no option to cancel the order from my side(as delivery man told us).And , he also told us that puncture shop is closed at these late hours so please cancel the order from your side.* So, I cancelled the order by ticking the option 'delivery was expected in lesser time'. because there wasn't any other option like bike puncture issue.* As,order was cancelled due to bike puncture of delivery man Sunil so the penalty of rupees *** should not be imposed on me on new order.pl solve this issue so that I can further use your services instead of others.You can also ask delivery man about the bike puncture issue. Hoping an positive solution.
