I got the car late as the customer who had the car earlier returned it late. The car is parked in the parking lot on *th floor which takes *-** minutes minimum to get out and then getting out of the lot also requires interaction with the security guy who was not present for some minutes at that time. This caused me terrible delay, making me start my trip about ** minutes late. I had to pick someone up and that person waited with heavy bags for ** minutes and due to this delay, the trip which would only take about **-** minutes and I even booked it for ** minutes extra to give some room for traffic issues, I got stuck into the Friday evening rush traffic and caused me terrible delay and there was a diversion due to work adding more to delay and I cannot use my phone while driving as I was on extremely tight schedule. All in all, today’s Zipcar caused me more trouble than help and like that was not enough you charged me $** extra as late fees. It’s irrational. The wait time on the call is even more horrible. I believe that I should get compensation for all of the issues I faced today and the time that got wasted today.
