Anwesha Sanyal*Zipcar number *********I had used a Zipcar yesterday and was ** minutes late in returning and so was charged $**. I would like to let you know certain facts * firstly, I couldn’t get the car started on time and lost almost **minutes there. It happens every time I’ve booked a car that each car is locked in a different way and I have to call customer service to help me unlock it. I get no notification on my phone as to how the particular car is locked and I have wasted a lot of time to figure that out and have not asked for compensation for that in any of my previous bookings. Secondly, I was * minutes late yesterday (returned to the parking lot at *:**) however the car wouldn’t lock with my Zipcar card and I had to repeat that a few times till it locked (which is why it shows as ** minutes late). Under such circumstances i dont think it is fair that I was charged $**
GetHuman-anweshas did not yet indicate what Zipcar should do to make this right.
