Hello,**I recently attempted to make use of your service for the first time. Upon getting in the car, the car would not start. I was on the phone with customer service for about ** minutes attempting different things to get the car to start. Nothing worked, and she told me that the next available car was miles away and recommended against it.**She then told me that there were no teams available until *am the next day to come out and figure out what was wrong with the car, and that perhaps the previous driver had done something to put it into an unusable state (not sure how your service can allow customers to do this and not be able to fix it remotely, but ok).**She refunded the trip and comped my account with * hour of free driving time.**Honestly, that's not enough. I had to incur expense just to get to the car, and then more expense to get home, in addition to wasting a bunch of my time. It's adding insult to injury that I had to pay to get there and back home when the whole trip was for nothing.**Your service has made a pretty negative impression on me so far, and I really feel like the least you can do is provide another free hour. **With that, the cost of my wasted trip would at least be covered, and I'd be willing to look past the previous failings and give it another go.***Thank you,*Ryan
