I just received the statement for my last Zipcar reservation, and I was charged a late fee. I was told by someone in the contact center that I would have gotten ** minutes free, bringing my reservation to **:**, as the car didn’t arrive until almost ** minutes into my reservation, as noted by the pickup time. As all of your calls are recorded, this can be easily verified. I would like my statement to be adjusted accordingly.
I trust that Zipcar will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
