Help with my ZipRecruiter.com issue
GetHuman-tempy's next move: talk to ZipRecruiter.com when they open.
ZipRecruiter.com's call center is closed now. We will send GetHuman-tempy a reminder to call them when they open. Nothing to do for now but wait!
The issue in GetHuman-tempy's own words
I keep getting this message when I log in to my account: “Sylvia, you are not receiving any emails from us because *****@***.com is not a valid email address. Please update your email address to start receiving job alerts and other emails related to your account.”*I have gone through the steps listed in your help section several times but it does not work. *****@***.com is a valid email address. I do not get an error message from ZipRecruiter stating “My Email Address Is Already Being Used.” I get many emails with *****@***.com and I logged in with *****@***.com to send you this message. I also tried the “Forgot Password” action at sign-in but I received no email from you. It did not show up in spam or junk. All email filters for the inbox are off. Why does your system not accept my email address? Can you fix this?*The replies from *****@***.com did not address this issue.*I next sent: I want to receive emails from ZipRecruiter. When I try to have the website send a confirmation email, I get the following message: "We have sent a confirmation email to . Please click the link in that email to start receiving emails." Should it not read: "We have sent a confirmation email to *****@***.com. Please click the link in that email to start receiving emails."? I did not receive a confirmation email.
