Not getting notifications... and missing information in the "reset password"

Help with my Zinio issue

Before contacting them, items GetHuman-apetelle may need:
Account holder name, Billing address, Account phone number, and Email address on the account

My original concern was that since January **, I wasn't getting any notification when a new issue was available. In trying to check the parameters of my account, I got the message that my "userid and password" was invalid even if I was one-hundred-and-ten percent sure it was. Eventually I found out that special characters were NOT permitted in the password... but this IS NOT written in the RESE... ... Many problems with my account:**) not getting any notification a new issue is available**) can't see if new issue available by refreshing My Library**) can't log in to my account anymore**) can't change my password anymore***** CAN'T DO ANYTHING (except paying for a subscription I'm not getting) !!!!
Comes a point where you have too many questions*issues to solve a problem, you must TALK to someone!
I need to SPEAK with someone because there were three different problems in this case.
How GetHuman-apetelle fixed the problem
