I did not know the tip was automatic added to the service charge so I gave a very generous cash tip. I only found this out because my card company sent me a fraud alert for the charges and held one charge back. I’m trying to reach someone fm Zeel to just resolve by getting ur portion fm the the tip portion overcharged on the first two transactions that did go through and then we should be about even. I did not get my first time $** discount either so would like to have that credited back if possible too, but the therapist was excellent, thank you.
