I just purchased an engagement ring and wedding band about the end of April or beginning of May and the diamond fell off the engagement ring. Also when i had purchased it originally i did want both bands but the sales lady did not sell me both bands she only sold me my husband's band I had told her when i ordered them that we were going to be married on May **th and she assured me all * rings would be ready by then. It wasnt until I went back to the store to pick them up that I found out it was only the *. I was so upset cause we were getting married in just a couple days and I had no wedding band to use. I think your Sales Associates need more training on listening to what the customer is wanting. I would like my stone put back in my ring maybe with a little stronger hold. Thank you for your time
