My name is Keisha Taylor. Went to zales ****** to get my child who has cerebral palsy fitted for a engraved bracelet for his birthday ******. At the time of purchase the gentleman did not tell me I needed to pay to have it engraved he took all the information and had it sent off. ******* he calls to tell me he need ** dollars to do the engraving and the he could take **% off for the inconvenience. How dare them and I drove an hour away to get him fitted and to pay for this bracelet I’ve always wanted him to have. Mind you he can’t talk, walk, or crawl etc. TOYS at this point just don’t work for him. Store* **** payment ***.** time **:** term * ****** merchant* ************. Not to mention ******* I was disconnected twice frm the phone complaint and then the live chat today only thing she could do was file a complaint! This is so frustrating.
GetHuman-keijones did not yet indicate what Zales.com should do to make this right.
