I have a blade z max and I haven't had any problems with it until yesterday. Out of no where all of a sudden some functions stopped working like the home screen button an recent apps button at the bottom no longer work. But the back button works no matter if I set it to the right don't or the left dot. Then my notifications stopped showing up in the bar at the top of screen. I hear them come through but I can't see any details on what app they came from. It causing me to miss text messages from important people. Also if you slide the top screen down it shows normally a bunch of different options such as volume, data, wifi, battery saver, random options such as those. Well before whatever it is that happened to my phone I had the option to put do not disturb on by clicking the icon, also I could turn my volume off or put my phone on vibrate, then I had a flashlight icon that is no longer there and nowhere else to be found on my phone either. I really hope you could tell me what is going on with my device an possibly give me some options on how to fix the problem. I use my phone for a lot of very important business matters. It's extremely hard to navigate through my recent pages I have to go back until I get to the home screen but then I can't get back to the screen I was first on with out exiting completely out of the app. I don't know how this happened but if there are any questions that you could think of to help figure out the cause I will be more than glad to give any information that could help solve this problem. Please help me!!! PLEASE!!! Thank you for taking the time to read this and help me with resolving this matter.
