I've been trying to track an ikea delivery for * WEEKS. I have * voicemails saying that the delivery is set for today but I just called and spoke to FOUR different people that have no update on the order. I've been on hold for an hour and ** minutes and no one has been able to help me. this is an $***** order that I have had no status or update on in * weeks (originally delivery July **). Ikea said the order was being delivered AS-IS today but XPO has NO info on it. This is unacceptable and I need to speak to someone immediately.
GetHuman975566 did not yet indicate what XPO Logistics should do to make this right.
