You are stating my issue is “fixed” The problem is below and I have not even had a reply let alone have it fixed!!

Receive my **** rewards for spending over $** at BWS ... Hi ? Shopping online at BWS just now. When I logged in one of the first things I read was “Don’t forget to show your reward card when you shop” to be sure to receive your **** reward points. So as I needed a few things I decided to spend the $**. I used the pick up in store option. Very disappointing a few minutes ago to show my card at pickup and be told I should have done it online. I wasn’t asked to put my reward card number in at any time while I was purchasing online *Please advise Thank you Lois Milner
At no time while shopping online was I asked to give me reward card number.
By giving me the reward points I am entitled to?
I have had my rewards card ever since they were first available.
