On March **, we paid WIX $*** because you shut down our website without explanation. On June **, you made us pay another $***.**. Combined, that is over $*,*** and you have now shut down our website AGAIN WITH NO EXPLANATION. WHAT ARE YOU DOING???????????????? HELP!!!!!!

Several months ago you shut down our website: redcottagemontessori.com You required us to pay a couple hundred dollars for some type of subscription, which we thought we had already paid. But I paid it anyway because we desperately needed our website up and running. Now, last week you shut us down again, even though we paid a second fee. What is going on???????? I need to talk to a human. My name is Bob Misenko. My email address is: *****@***.com*My cell * is: ***.***.*****Please call as quickly as possible! We are in the high enrollment period for our school and having our site shut down is causing significant damage. You shut us down without any explanation or contact. That is unforgivable. You are crippling us financially for the loss of students whose parents would normally find us on the web and then contact us to enroll their child. There are financial damages and consequences to what you have done. Please call or email immediately. Thank you.

INSTEAD, IT HAS BEEN over ** MINUTES SINCE I SENT MY INITIAL INQUIRY AND I HAVE NO IDEA IF ANYONE HAS LOOKED AT IT. I HAVE NO IDEA HOW LONG IT WILL BE BEFORE SOMEONE AT WIX CONTACTS ME. We found out that the problem was with our domain supplier GoDaddy. Once we found that out, everything started working again.
