My bank card was rejected when it came time to renew my domain, although that card is connected to my bank account with sufficient funds. My domain has been suspended without my knowledge since mid June. I received a response from a wix support person (Hannah) with instructions for paying via PayPal (also connected to my bank account). I made the payment, but my domain is still suspended. I would like a phone call from a live person, please. ***-***-****
I want a human to call me.
I have opened several "tickets" with Wix support, giving detailed explanations about my problem. It is still unresolved. I need to speak to a human about this. I have paid too much to simply delete my site, and I don't want to lose my domain.

I submitted a ticket requesting a call back. The second person I spoke to was able to dig drill down to see the source of my issue. A previous support person had given incorrect instructions as to how to pay to renew my domain. There is a Nan option to extend my domain, but It was not clear to me that it was the correct action to take. My domain was restored, and I am now in the process of transferring my domain to FASO. The support representative at FASO was extremely helpful in assessing my needs, and gave expert suggestions for my web design.
