I placed an order on December 12, [redacted], but I have not received it. The tracking number linked to my order seems to belong to someone else, according to UPS. They have confirmed that the tracking number is for a different person who ordered a picture frame from Amazon.com. I contacted Amazon, but they were unable to provide more details due to privacy concerns. I have the order number (5fd[redacted]1c90addd216) and tracking number (1Z076AW[redacted]0). I am unsure of what steps to take next. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

On December 10, [redacted], I made a purchase of two items from Wish.com. Wish had mentioned that the delivery date for both items would be January 5, [redacted]. One of the items has been received, but there has been no further tracking information since December 19, [redacted]. I have attempted to reach out to Wish customer service multiple times but have not received a response. I have been a loyal customer for a long time and never encountered such issues before. The cost of the item is $14.00, and I would like to request either a cancellation of the order with a refund to my card on file or a refund to my Wish Cash account. I recently ordered this item from Wish and have encountered numerous issues with receiving it. Despite ordering it a month ago, I have already received multiple items from another retailer. The product from Wish has not even been shipped yet and I just found out it's coming from China, which I was not informed about when making the purchase. I am not comfortable with receiving products from China and want to cancel the order, but I am unable to do so. I have tried contacting customer support via email and online help services, but have not received any response or assistance. I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Wish and demand a full refund as soon as possible.

Hello, I recently ordered multiple items including yellow, green, black, rainbow face masks, LED luminous colors, and 3D mask support. I am not requesting a refund, but I am eager to receive these items. Hello, I am facing a serious issue with my first order from your company. It was a pink cushion for newborns with an estimated delivery date of January 6th. To date, I have not received it. This situation is causing me great distress as I have over 25 other orders pending. I urgently need a solution as this delay is unacceptable. I do not want a refund; I simply want the product I paid for. Waiting for over 2 months for such an important item is unreasonable. Will I receive it when my baby is one year old? This delay is inexcusable. The tracking ID shows that it's been in transit in Greece, where I live, for the past 16 days. However, there have been no updates. Dear Sir/Madam, I have been a loyal Wish customer for several years and have made numerous purchases in the past. Last December, I was searching for a laptop or notebook. I came across an item on Wish that was originally priced at several hundred pounds but was marked down to under £30. The listing stated that it was a 15.6-inch refurbished laptop loaded with Windows 10 and included a cordless mouse. The delivery charge was £9, which was unusual for Wish. I recently received a package that included a small mouse, which I initially thought was a previous order. Later, I received a notification stating that I received a mouse valued at £29. I was shocked by this as I was expecting the laptop/notebook as per the original advertisement. I found it hard to believe the new mouse was valued at £29, given that most listings for mice on the website are priced at under £10, inclusive of delivery charges. I have always found Wish to offer competitive prices. I am disappointed by this experience and have requested a refund, but I would appreciate it if this matter could be resolved promptly. I recently realized that I can request my orders to be shipped to a store, which I found to be a great idea. I have been expecting some items I ordered, but I haven't received any email notifications. Upon checking my orders, I found that they are in various locations across the US and some are still in China. In my last two orders, I must have assumed the items would automatically be sent to the store I used previously, as I forgot to specify a store this time. I don't recognize any of the stores listed and am unsure of what steps to take next to receive my items. I am willing to do whatever is necessary to resolve this quickly. I prefer to receive my items, but if that is not feasible, a refund would be fine. Please assist me in resolving this issue.

Hello, I just wanted to inform you that I will no longer be a Wish customer for the following reasons: 1. The most important one: deceptive advertising and selling of fake products, advertised as instant offers that make it hard to verify the authenticity of the items. 2. Despite notifying within 24 hours of purchase that I do not want the product because it is fake, I am forced to receive it and then return it. 3. Difficulties in returning it, as initially they claim it does not meet return requirements (even when proven fake). 4. Poor customer service with automated responses that do not solve the issue. 5. Quick charging for the product before receiving it and numerous messages sent to get a refund for a returned product, despite providing proof of the return. 6. Fake products are still being sold on the site with deceptive advertising, even after my complaint. 7. Unable to reach customer support in person to resolve unresolved issues. All of these issues create a lack of trust, something I do not experience with other online retailers. It would be appreciated if these issues are addressed; I, for one, will not return as a customer and certainly will not recommend this site to anyone. Thank you.

Hello, I recently purchased a Galaxy Note 20 Ultra replica from WISH which arrived on January 7th. Unfortunately, the device did not meet my expectations due to several reasons: 1. The specifications provided were not accurate. 2. The screen resolution and audio quality are inadequate. 3. Surprisingly, there is no SIM tray for inserting a SIM card, and the back cover cannot be opened as advised by customer support. 4. There are various other issues with the product. Upon contacting support for return instructions, the guidance provided was unclear and lacked essential details such as a return label or shipping address. I emailed them on January 14th to request further clarification, but I have not received a response yet. Hello, I need some advice regarding an order I placed on wish.com with a seller named BlackBull S in early November. The product was marked as delivered a week later even though I hadn't received it. I reached out to them asking for a refund, but it's been two months now, and I still haven't received my money back due to the seller's and Wish's support inefficiencies. I contacted DHL, who acknowledged their mistake and returned the package to the seller. The seller claimed the refund would be issued upon receiving the product, and even rescheduled the delivery without informing me. After several delays and lack of communication, the seller now insists on inspecting the product before issuing a refund. It has been over two weeks since then, and I still haven't been refunded, and the seller is unresponsive. I've even tried reporting them to my local business inspection, but without sufficient seller information, it hasn't been successful. The phone cost $[redacted], and I'm determined to resolve this issue.

I received an item in duplicate when I only ordered one. Despite being able to make changes on their website, they claim the order has already shipped, even though it is still in processing. It seems like they are trying to charge me for shipping both items. I demand the order be stopped immediately. I refuse to pay for shipping to receive or return the item. I expect a prompt resolution, as I will cancel this and all future orders with this company. I will not accept the delivery and will return it to China as soon as it arrives.

I reached out to [redacted] with two emails detailing issues canceling my desk order placed on 1-14-21. Despite contacting them within the 2-day window, the website froze, preventing cancellation of Order #: 600134e9eebcbe0bda61930e. Jan Yvez replied on 1-15-21 but provided no assistance in resolving the problem. As the order wasn't shipped by 1-15-21, I find it unfair to be charged a $12 return shipping fee for an order I attempted to cancel promptly. I have lodged a complaint with the CEO regarding this matter. Please cancel Order #: 600134e9eebcbe0bda61930e immediately, refund it to my card, and confirm the cancellation at my email or phone number [redacted]. Thank you, Debra.

I am experiencing an issue with my Wish.com account. Due to a "policy" violation, my account has been blocked, and I am unsure of the specific policy I have breached. After providing a photo of my driver's license as requested, I have not received any further communication. I would like to inform you that I only received one item (oil) from the entire order. The rest of the order has not been delivered yet, despite my numerous inquiries about when I will receive it. Therefore, I do not understand why I received a reminder today when the ordered goods have not been delivered. I will only pay for the oil. I ordered 3 pairs of 25-watt UV9Plus Baofeng walkie talkies from WISH on 12-2-20. Chase fraud contacted me to confirm the purchase, which was initially denied. To proceed, I had to reorder with the merchant. Upon revisiting the website, I noticed they had 60-watt UV10Plus [redacted] walkie talkies for a similar price. The return policy outlined the option to cancel orders within a specific timeframe. I attempted to cancel but encountered difficulties with the system. The website mentioned items were returnable, but I couldn't find relevant information. Wish sent both the denied and reordered items, leaving me with 6 pairs instead of 3.
