I apologize for the frustration, but I have some concerns about my recent orders. I purchased a 3/4L pressure cooker, 3 bracelets, a winter hat, a tent, a charm necklace with the letter "C," and 2 sets of ladies' sleepwear two months ago. Additionally, I reordered a 5/6L pressure cooker this week along with two other items. I would appreciate receiving confirmation regarding the delivery dates. Five months ago, I placed an order for some hair extensions, but they have not arrived yet. I would like a resolution or a refund. The estimated delivery time was in October, and now it's December with no sign of the order. I understand we are in a pandemic, but I would appreciate some justification for the delay instead of remaining silent for so long. I hope for a solution soon. Good evening. Margoth.

I am seeking a refund for items that were never delivered. I reached out to the helpdesk, and two representatives from Team Wish responded: Aristide and Kevin. Aristide agreed to refund one item out of the four in the shipment, but Kevin denied refunds for the remaining undelivered items. Despite my efforts to locate the package, including checking with the post office, there is no record of delivery to my address. I am requesting reimbursement. Thank you.

I purchased several items from Wish, but four have been mis-sold to me. Two bike lights were advertised to not need a battery pack, but the photos showed otherwise, and I did not receive the power bank. Similarly, the solar garden lights were advertised as a set of four, but only one was sent, and they do not work when wet, making them useless for the garden. I received a partial refund for these items, but I am unsure why it was not a full refund.

I've been waiting for my order which includes a pressure cooker, toolbox, tool box wheels, handle, 3 magnetic bracelets, winter hat, 2 pressure cookers, tent, 2 ladies sleep shirts, and a few other items. Additionally, I'm also waiting for a refund of $[redacted].28. There's an unknown charge of $92.33 on my account from 11/12 that I need information on. However, the item was canceled, and instead of receiving a refund, the shipping date keeps getting updated. Whenever I contact customer support for a refund, I cannot get through. Interestingly, I can access support for other items except for the yoga mat fitness. My order number is 5FA44F4328FEDC9211D4B816. I am requesting a refund of $20.33 for the yoga mat fitness. If I continue to face difficulties in obtaining my refund, I may reconsider future purchases from Wish.

I am extremely dissatisfied with Wish. I have been a frequent customer, but my Christmas order never arrived, and they sent the wrong items. They are only offering a partial refund when I believe I deserve a full refund. I will not be shopping with them after the new year due to this poor experience. I purchased wallpaper from Wish and accidentally added a phone to my order. I cancelled the phone right away. On November 24th, I received a message confirming the £89 refund, but as of December 19th, the money has not shown up in my account. I contacted customer support without success. I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter.

I received an unexpected package from Wish, even though I didn't make any orders. I'm returning it for a refund without opening it. I've noted the tracking number for the return and will send it back today, December 19, [redacted]. I have encountered issues with a previous order where I didn't receive the item or a refund, which is why I won't be ordering from Wish again.

When I placed my order, I noticed a promotion for a 50% discount on Saturdays. I assumed I could enter the code during checkout, but it seems I should have applied it on the page where I first saw the offer. Instead of prompting for the discount code, my previous card was charged without asking for my preferred payment method. It would have been helpful if the process had been clearer and allowed me to input the discount code as expected.

Hello, I bought an item from Wish.com, but I got something completely different. When I reached out to customer support, they requested a picture of the product, which I provided. Then, they asked for a picture of the shipping label that came with the item, but I couldn't provide that as you have to tear the plastic bag to open it. They informed me that without the shipping label, they can't assist me.

I placed an order with Wish during the first week of November. I received a confirmation that the items had been shipped, but I never received them. I have yet to receive my refund or my order from August. I keep receiving messages assuring me this will be resolved, but nothing has been done. Should I escalate this to corporate to receive a proper and professional response? It's just toilet seat covers after all. I continue to order without resorting to negative comments online. All I want is my toilet seat covers or a refund, it doesn't seem like an unreasonable request. - C. Holt-Fisher

On September 8, I purchased a new Samsung S9 Plus phone with Order # SF5789BCE7A9ED718A69ED. Upon activation on December 7, the phone had issues like a hard-to-press keypad, slow internet, and different features from what I expected. After discovering an unregistered 'GENERIC' Samsung 10 phone when checking, I realized the discrepancy from what I paid for. Amazon confirmed this as false advertising and advised me to seek a full refund without returning the phone immediately. I want the refund sent to my Varo bank account and also wish credits for all past purchases refunded to my old bank card. I have not seen these credits reflected in my new account statements. I have been contacted multiple times after being informed that the item I ordered was out of stock. Despite my efforts to explain and show on the Wish website that there are at least 31 similar items available, they continue to ask for more details. I even placed these items in my shopping cart to illustrate that they are still listed on their website. I placed an order for 2 super natural hoodies at the beginning of November. The payment was taken, but I have not received my items. I am frustrated and simply want the items I paid for. I recall selecting the largest size available. I am considering reaching out to the Better Business Bureau and sharing my experience on social media platforms like Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. In early November, I placed an order for two Supernatural hoodies. Although I paid for them, I have not yet received my order. I was not provided with a tracking number, which has made it challenging to locate the package. These hoodies were meant to be a birthday present back in November, and now on December 20th, I am disappointed to still not have them. I am considering reporting this issue to the Better Business Bureau because I feel like I have been scammed. I am also contemplating contacting the authorities and sharing my experience on social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. Being scammed is not acceptable to me, and I have encountered similar situations before, so I feel compelled to take action to address this matter.
