Due to unexpected circumstances surrounding my mother's caregiver situation, I had to delay placing my orders. I haven't been able to return home for nearly a month, and I am concerned that my mailbox may become full in my absence. I did not intentionally place any orders, and the response I received suggesting it was accidental is incorrect. I have reported this issue to my credit card company to prevent any unauthorized charges. In the past, I have encountered similar problems when items were left in the hallway due to a full mailbox. It is frustrating that the company did not acknowledge my situation and took action without my consent.

La semana pasada pagué por tres artículos más y me preocupa si llegarán. I made a mistake with my last order and accidentally included items I didn't want. I need to cancel the entire order and pay using a different method than my credit card. I contacted UPS today regarding a package delivery issue. They mentioned that the package was delivered two days ago and left on my porch, but since I wasn't home, I haven't seen it. I'm disappointed with this service and prefer not to use UPS for my future shipments. The package contained KN95 masks with changeable filters and a valve on the right side at the bottom, costing $24.58. My fiancé and I were eager to use them for protection against the coronavirus. Could you resend the same masks? I'm concerned about the security of packages left on my porch. Can you provide me with a tracking number that starts with 9? I haven't received my item even though the tracking number shows it was delivered. The package went to a different address and was received by someone else, not me, as confirmed with DHL Express. I requested a refund from WISH, but they informed me that their policy doesn't allow refunds for delivered items. The tracking number provided does not match my address. Initially, the seller provided a tracking number that was invalid for a long time. After notifying WISH, the seller issued a different tracking number that also does not match my address or show delivery. It seems like the seller may have given me the wrong tracking information. I feel it's unfair to be charged for an item I never received. WISH has declined to refund, so I seek assistance to investigate this issue further. Thank you for your help.

I did not receive my item as it was sent to the wrong address. The sender even provided a different tracking number that showed the item as delivered to someone else. Despite notifying WISH, the issue was not resolved promptly. The logistics company, DHL Express, confirmed that the parcel was sent to an incorrect address. Despite contacting WISH customer support multiple times, I was informed to wait until the initial expected delivery date. When I followed up on 28 April, they refused to issue a refund stating the item had been delivered, even though it was not received by me. I am requesting a refund as per the company's policy, which allows for a refund request within 30 days of delivery, with the delivery date being 6 April [redacted]. The order number is 5e7deb45840b624fffd34705.

Good morning, I placed an order but mistakenly added an extra small cabinet. Additionally, I noticed the price increased from 18€ to 22€ each, even though I only ordered two. The shipping cost seems high, it would be fair to see it upfront for better planning. I have a Poste Pay account, but I need to wait to reload it due to Covid-19 office closures. Can you please empty my cart temporarily? Once I can reload the account, I will reorder, as I didn’t realize each seller is different, thinking Wish was the only one. I placed an order with WISH on May 1st. Initially, there was an issue with my bank, which declined a charge of $[redacted].23 as a security measure. After contacting the bank and resolving the matter, I reattempted the order with additional items, totaling $[redacted].23. I encountered a message stating I couldn't use a discount code because I had already used it on my first purchase. Subsequently, I noticed that the bank had cleared the initial $[redacted].23 charge. Apart from that, I made additional charges of $34.14, $3.26, $6.25, and $20.18, which are correct. However, I now realize I do not want the duplicate items from the $[redacted].23 order. I tried to cancel the order when the coupon issue arose. Please cancel the $[redacted].23 order and process a refund to my card. As my card is now locked again, the refund may need to be issued to a different card. I also request that my credit card information not be saved in my account for future purchases. Thank you.

I am frustrated with the lack of response after contacting Wish support multiple times. I ordered around 10-11 products from Wish in early March totaling GBP 31. I only received 2 products, with one being broken. I got a refund for the broken item but haven't received the rest of my order. Upon returning to India, I tried logging into my account to check the shipment status but couldn't log in. I've attempted to reset my password using my email ending in "stummac.uk" but haven't received any reset emails. I've also emailed about this from the same email address with no response. I'm tired of this situation and request assistance in reopening my account or a refund. I hope this will be the last communication needed to resolve this issue as I'm extremely dissatisfied with the lack of replies. Kindly refund my money or provide a solution. Thank you.

I made a purchase on Wish for a laptop and realized the address was incorrect. Despite my efforts, I couldn't edit it in the "State," "Region," "City," fields, etc. The top lines of the address are correct. I tried multiple times with the assistant's help, but no luck. The order was placed on April 19, [redacted], number 5e9d014df186e26398f64662, and the correct address is: LORENZINI LORENZO VIA DELLA PACE (snc) N°11 (square in front of the Madonna della Guardia Church in MOLICCIARA). [redacted] La Spezia rather than the one on the order details. I paid with PayPal, and since the expected delivery is May 3, [redacted], I will wait two more days. Hello, I am Lucindia Bell. I used my debit card under the name Lucindia Gregory, with a Visa card, to place an order for about six or more items on May 4th around 5:20 am. I received the first order that was sent to PO Box [redacted] in Anchorage, Alaska, but then my cart order disappeared. I believe it mentioned that the order would process on May 11th. Subsequently, I placed another order for two more items and have the order number for that one - 5EBO1668ADBB[redacted]7EFB1. I'm unsure if my first order with a blouse, a blue sweater, embroidery threads, a ponytail for black hair, and three rings was successfully processed. If you can email me about the status of the first order, I would greatly appreciate it. I want to make sure I am not paying for an order that might not arrive before my upcoming birthday. In the past few days, I placed two orders on an account I couldn't access. After resetting the password, the two orders were no longer there when I logged in. The second order was a mistake; I didn't complete it but noticed charges on my Skrill account for both orders. I made new orders after logging in, and they now show in the app. I can't delete the wrong order placed on May 1st at 8:40 pm from the app as I didn't receive an order number. The orders were placed on March 27th and May 1st at 8:40 am. I didn't finalize the May order due to an incorrect email address in the profile. Despite this, the payment went through using my card. I need confirmation that my first order on March 27th was successful, as the payment was accepted but no confirmation was received. Only orders made after the second one are visible on the current profile. The third order matches the second. Last night, I had an issue with an unauthorized order from Wish going through PayPal. I made several attempts to cancel the order within the 8-hour refund window but was unable to access my Order History on the website despite following the cancellation instructions provided. I even contacted Wish via email and paid for assistance from customer service without any success. Despite my efforts, I was unable to get help and ultimately missed the refund window because I had to attend an early morning appointment. The unauthorized order was for items worth over $[redacted], which were in my cart but not intentionally purchased.

I placed an order for the rose gold tablet with UPS, but despite their delivery confirmation on 05/05/20, the tablet never reached me. This tablet is crucial for my livelihood. I observed UPS across the street on the day of the delivery, but the residents there deny receiving it. As a person in house arrest, I couldn't have missed the delivery. I've been struggling to get a response to my emails; UPS directs me to contact Wish, and I feel stuck in a loop. It's disheartening to feel like my issue isn't being addressed seriously. I urgently need assistance in resolving this matter and locating my missing tablet.

I need help with three orders I made. I found one item cheaper later, so I canceled the more expensive one. They are not allowing me to cancel that order even though I don't want it. They want me to wait for it to arrive, but I don't want it at all. The product code is 5gafec511160d738bf740dfe. I hope they refund me for that order so I can continue shopping. I have four items to pay for, but I only want two.
