I have paid for multiple orders using PayPal. Unfortunately, several items were not shipped despite Wish's notification of the contrary. After contacting customer service, they acknowledged the oversight and offered a refund in the form of Wish cash. Although I was informed it would be processed within minutes, it has been two weeks with no resolution. I urge Wish to review all pending orders, identify the undelivered items, and issue the appropriate refunds promptly. My experience so far has been disappointing, and I hope for a swift and satisfactory resolution. Thank you for your assistance. - Connie E.

I have been charged high prices for items I didn't order. One was for $57.00, $30.62, and $35.69. Now I know I have not ordered any of these items for these prices. All my credit card shows is this number and letters: [redacted]CA. I need to know what these prices belong to. It's been a nightmare getting an answer from this company. Please sort this out as I enjoy ordering from this company. If I don't get a response soon, I will have to stop ordering from them.

Hello, I ordered AirPods last month, but I have not received them yet. Additionally, every time I attempt to log in to my Wish account on the laptop where I placed my order for the AirPods, it shows an error message. I received an email from a shipping company in Durban requesting an invoice. I forwarded my Wish notification, which is received after placing an order, but they deemed it invalid and stated that the supplier should provide the invoice. My order was processed on the 24th of November. Please assist me with resolving these issues. Thank you.

I, Oluwadare Abosede, used the email ([redacted]) to purchase items for $12,[redacted] on November 29th. However, the transaction was restricted, and you assured me a refund. Subsequently, on December 9th, I placed another order for $7,[redacted].84, but an additional $13,[redacted].84 was debited from my account. The excess money is now held by your system. I kindly request the cancellation of the extra orders and the full refund of all the unauthorized deductions to my account, as I only intend to proceed with the $7,[redacted] order.

I bought an item on November 11th with an expected delivery window between November 23rd and December 6th. It's already a lengthy wait, but the last tracking update was on November 16th, and today is December 9th. The new estimated delivery date is December 13th. I am frustrated with this delay and would appreciate a refund for the inconvenience. Thank you.

I purchased a Men's Winner Top Brand Luxury watch from Wish for $39.48, but my account was charged $[redacted].44, causing an overdraft. I pressed #2 to indicate that I did not authorize the transaction with my Bank Plus Visa ATM card. I am 77 years old and will be lodging a complaint with the Mississippi Attorney General's office for FRAUD. I will also be contacting the Better Business Bureau of Mississippi and protection services for the aging. I need a refund promptly as I had to borrow money to cover the overdraft and fees. This situation is now in your hands. I plan to share my experience on Facebook to alert other seniors about this fraudulent company.

I recently discovered that my entire order has been canceled without explanation. The notification states there is an issue with my account but fails to specify what exactly is wrong. I urgently require these items for Christmas gifts. Can someone advise me on how to address this matter and ensure I receive my products promptly? I placed my Christmas order on December 1st, expecting it to arrive before New Year's. I am extremely upset as now it seems we won't have anything for Christmas. When I made the purchase, there was no indication that it would take this long. The website mentioned a delivery time of 2 weeks, and the delay has left me feeling terrible. Typically, items ship within 1 to 2 days. I still want my order, but I was hoping to have it in time for Christmas. Is there any way to improve this situation? I have not received my order with the item number 5dc0dca1d9a2dc12f1926f4b. I have tried to contact customer service but have not received a response. The delivery date has been pushed back from 12/03/19 to 12/10/19, and the item still has not arrived. I am unable to contact customer service through the app as there are issues that prevent me from doing so. I also cannot leave a complaint on the item through the app. I would like a refund for the item. Thank you.

I placed an order for a 65” smart TV, a mountain bike, a 10” tablet, and a stun gun. I paid $3 for the items with $10 shipping. The delivery date was set for 75 days, and the tracking showed the items were sent. After waiting 75 days, I was told to wait 5 more days, but still received nothing. They refused a refund claiming I missed the 30-day window, even though they promised a 75-day delivery. I contacted them daily for over a month, with false promises of a refund within an hour. Frustrated, I contacted my bank for a refund, only to face issues with another order. Despite receiving a partial refund, they blocked my card, alleging it was bad. It's clear they mishandled the situation, making false promises, and now blocking me. This lack of accountability is troubling, unlike my experience with eBay, where an error was promptly rectified. The dishonesty from Wish is baffling.

I recently bought a phone two days ago, and on December 10, while I was exploring multiple items in my cart to choose Christmas gifts, my 3-year-old niece accidentally knocked my phone off the table, processing the entire $[redacted] cart purchase. This amount on my debit Visa is a hardship for me, leaving me in a tough financial situation until it's refunded. The risk involved in this kind of transaction is concerning, and I typically only proceed with purchases I'm sure about. I usually clear my cart if I'm unsure about items, especially for smaller purchases. This larger amount, especially during the holiday season, puts strain on my finances and could impact Christmas. On December 8th, [redacted], I noticed unauthorized charges on my account for 3D hoodies totaling $[redacted]. I did not make these purchases and have been trying to resolve this issue since then. Despite contacting them multiple times, they have only refunded one out of the ten orders, each priced at $14.99. I attempted to cancel the orders on the same day I discovered them, but was told they had already been processed, which seems unlikely. These 3D hoodies are not something I would buy, and I did not authorize these transactions. They still owe me refunds for the remaining nine hoodies, each at $14.99. I have been dealing with this since December 8th, and it is frustrating that they claim the processing was instantaneous when in my previous experiences with Wish, it took weeks. I did not approve these transactions, and it is disappointing that resolving this issue has been so challenging for me.

My phone is extremely problematic. It freezes, doesn't connect well via Bluetooth, overheats, and has issues with notifications and the SD card. Even the earbuds it came with don't work. I have tried to seek help but have not received any responses, making me feel ignored. I am concerned about the lack of assistance and worried about being stuck with a faulty device after the 30-day guarantee expires. I hope to resolve these issues soon.

I placed my Christmas order on December 1st and was expecting it within two weeks. Despite everything shipping quickly, I've just learned that none of my items will arrive until after New Year's Day. My account has been compromised. I reached out to chat support multiple times, but they promised a response within three days, which never happened. I have items waiting for pickup at my local store that I fear may have been taken. Despite requesting a new password via email, I haven't received it. Initially, an email was sent saying my password was changed and to respond if it wasn't me, which I did, but no one has followed up. I am frustrated with Wish's lack of support and the inability to speak with anyone directly. Can someone please assist me with this issue?

My order has an incomplete address, causing the tracker to indicate it's being returned to the sender. After speaking with Canada Post, they advised me to contact the sender urgently to request holding the parcel at the post office to prevent it from being sent back. However, reaching out to Wish promptly is challenging due to the lack of a phone number for immediate assistance. Email response time is estimated at 2-3 days, which might be too late if the parcel is already on its way back.
