I ordered two pairs of sneakers around the end of September or the beginning of Oct. I tried to return one but I couldn't. so I contacted wish customer support and they said I would have to wait to receive them. and send one pair back at my expense. I received one pair but not the other. I continuously go back and forth with customer support and they tell me the same thing, wait for the other pair. its been about two months now, it's gotten to the point they respond with answers I don't understand like they are just brushing me off. at this point I just want a refund or the shoes, I won't even return them at this point. it's not a lot of money it's just an aggravation of my time. I really enjoy shopping with wish, i just to resolve the issue. please help me!!!!!!!!
