I was apart of the giveaway and I placed the order instantly. It said your order has been confirmed! Then, in my email it said I was charged and I was waiting on the app for the whole ** minute timespan of the giveaway. I've been eyeballing these shoes since last night. I know this card does not have sufficient funds for the order if I'm charged anything but the part of the giveaway says it's free. I am highly dissatisfied that there is no customer service rep to help me. I would like to know I'm not going to get overdraft fee and that my item is free. I had the message pop up on my phone about the givaway beginning and I acted so fast that my phone slightly lagged but while hovering over the thing it said my order was confirmed and now I'm just really upset. Please contact me and confirm my gift.
I would like the shoes as a part of the free gift like they claimed they were. Not the amount that the email said was a pending charge from wish. I have screenshots of the day and exact time of a customer posting on the same shoes and that's bragging yay I won them and that was literally *-* minutes after I received a confirmation email of those same shoes being processed as a not so free order. I was like obsessively watching my phone with the free item (those shoes with my size (us *) light blue) for those ** minutes and basically fell out of my chair to make sure I moved slid that bar and it said your order has been confirmed! And when I went back to the page it said they were all out so I was like thankfully I got them phew. Then that's when I realized.... I got charged.... For a gift.... I patiently waited on for ** hours until *:** to get my phone charged and double check everything was properly working* I just want my free shoes man. I waited all day. I'm so sad. I will share my frustrating and sad experience with my Facebook and I'll encourage people to just go to *below or something.
