Hello,**I have been a good customer of Wish for almost a year now. Recently though I have had multiple issues and have sent multiple emails and help requests through the app and have yet to receive a response. **This is now my FIFTH email.**Issue ** *Recently I have been saving up my points so I could use them to redeem the **% off on an order. This takes **** points, once I finally had enough points I redeemed this discount only to find all my points gone and no discount on my transaction. Not to mention I didn’t even receive a coupon code to use for it. It said my discount would be applied when I made the purchase. So I went to submit my order and once I had paid I STILL didn’t get my **% discount. *I have sent multiple emails about this and still have not gotten a reply. **Issue ** **I recently purchased the toothpick crossbow as a gift. When it arrived I was more than embarrassed when the person I got it for opened it to find not only sharp metal burrs around the item but also a missing piece. The product arrived UNUSABLE! I tried to use my wish guarantee and was denied because I had used it twice before that on products that didn’t arrive and one product that came but was not what I ordered. **Issue ** **There has been * items now that I have ordered based on the photos displayed and when I got the package they were totally DIFFERENT than what was advertised! If the company isn’t aware false advertising is against the law***I love using wish when everything works the way it is supposed to, but with all of the problems I’ve encountered lately I am fed up. I have the hopes that this can be resolved and made right. *Tyler
