Hi just recently I ordered on wish a pair of hearing aids by pair I mean one for the right ear and one for the left ear. Yesterday I received the package but it only had one hearing aid in it I took a picture and sent it to customer support on wish and got a reply back saying that their status shows that delivery still pending so I said ok I will wait *I just checked on the delivery status and it states delivered I tired to get in touch with customer support on wish and I’m been told that I flag up as a person who is constantly abusing the refunds system could someone please explain as to how and where they got that information from?*I paid £**.** for the two hearing aids if they’ve only sent me one how am I at fault?*As for them saying that I have been flagged up could you please tell me how I am in the wrong if they send me the wrong items or damaged items.*The one time I put the wrong order in I told them that it was my mistake and sent the item back to where it came from paid for the returns postage.*At no stage have I requested for a refund I just want the left hearing aid *It was supposed to be a Christmas present for my mother now I will have get her something else, if you want I can send the right hearing aid back cause it’s no use to me as I can’t gift it to her as she’s hard of hearing in both ears.*Please advise what I should do **Regards *Charno Kaur
