I have placed **-** orders with most containing multiple items starting back in the beginning of August. Around the first week of September, a decision to move long distance was made. I notified Customer Service immediately because I had already placed several orders that hadn't been received in the hopes of them being rerouted to new address. Unfortunately, many of them had been shipped and rerouting wasn't possible. Therefore, I did receive refunds for many of the items and I am assuming they were returned to the company. Since the move, however, I have continued to order. Now, while I have received the majority of my items, I am still missing some things. There have been numerous delivery date changes that have come and gone. And, when I try to inquire about my items or getting refunds, I am not able to as my account has been "FLAGGED".**Here are the items still unaccounted for: DATE ORD ITEM. *st DEL DT* *nd date***** - *** Rt. Angle Pict Clamp-***** -********** - *** pc. Sanding bands - ***** - ********** - (*) Food Storage Cont. - ***** - *********** - **pc. Couplers*Cake - ***** - *******I have tried to check the tracking on these items but the information provided is so out of date and absolutely zero help.**I have been mostly satisfied with my purchases received and have even rated most. But, right now, I am LIVID. I want them to hold up their end of the transactions and either give me my items or my money back.
