I have originally submitted a complaint my name is Christine King I believe you had my email as mad Mac **** at gmail.com. I had responded to that via this silly customer service thing and yet the problem and issue that I had complained about prior ended up happening again even though I deleted the app deleted my information etcetera seems that you guys keep processing my wish list. And or the things that I might have and I had already let you guys know that the card that you have on file has either been lost or stolen and reported as such. This is the second time I am saying to you that card is in submissible and as this in conclusion I would be stating I am glad that I did not see in my app or profile or any part of it it place to change my information to a different card because I was updating to do so until these two illegal transactions we're made by your company being wish. I would like to also say that I will be saving this app for submissible evidence being that it is II o'currance that has not been remedied just because I wanted to look at clothing and put it in a card come back later and purchase it but your company decided to process both transactions before I even had a chance to call you and ask you how I can put a valid credit or debit card on my file. I do not want compliance via email I would really really suggest you calling me at my personal phone number. You can text me first to let me know if you like because I don't usually answer to numbers that I do not know my number is **** ***-****. And I give people the benefit of the doubt sometimes mistakes happen but second time you guys I never even have enough clothes to shop I get Hemi Downs this is unacceptable and I have address this prior so if someone could please call me not email me like pronto that would be super duper I don't want to be on the crappy disgruntled customer list let's resolve this I would like to know why this is happened thank you sincerely Christine King and maybe Mac **** at gmail.com PS when I had the app under m a d m a c * *** at gmail.com I don't recall this happening at all and I believe that's what I place my first and only order under and I gave the ring to my daughter for her birthday and she loved it give me a call you guys thanks
