Help with my Wish.com issue

I placed an order and once I submitted payment the screen came up showing the shipping address to someone in Russia, but i live in Texas. I got no response back using the customer support button on the app. Also read FAQ’s and it said I could change the shipping address in the order section, but there is no selection to do so. It also said I only had * hours to correct the shipping address, but no response from customer support on the app and no way to update the address on the site either. I have since deleted the address that was to some stranger in Russia, but no way to add my address. I’ve ordered multiple times from Wish and my items had previously been delivered to my current address, so I don’t know how it got changed. I am frustrated b*c there is absolutely no other way to contact support other than Email and saw that it could be * days before a response. Am concerned that I need to contact my bank to cancel the transaction. If so, I will never do business with Wish again!
GetHuman-liz_wood did not yet indicate what Wish.com should do to make this right.
