at your drive through in your northside, oh location, at *:** p this evening,...i waited ** minutes and nobody took my order. there was one car in front of me who received an order. when i waved to the people inside (who appeared not to be working) after sitting in my vehicle for ** minutes with engine running a male representative had a very disrespectful attitude and never apologized but rather seemed to believe it was normal to let customers wait an extra long time without letting them know something? i like your product however your service is pathetically POOR Overall. You had the same service problem at your location on north bend road and i quit going there. i do not receive this poor quality of service at other restaurants, just yours. Guess its time to avoid this location now too. please feel free to contact me with any questions at ***.***.****. Thank you for your attention regarding your lack of customer service. It is very disappointing to be treated like I was tonight. Why cant your employees let customers know their orders will take a while instead of letting people just sit in their cars and wonder whats wrong.
