My first and only bill was paid on *** *** ****. I received letter from Wellcare on ***** stating my policy was terminated for lack of payment. I have spent countless hours on phone discussing issue with staff. Staff is very difficult to understand so somewhat of a language barrier as well. My bill was paid prior to date of termination letter, so tremors action on grounds of failure to pay are unwarranted. I paid my bill. This should have been followed up on prior to letter being mailed and not fair to me. I was a critical care RN for ** years and would never treat client ( patient) or patients family as callously as I have been treated. Please review this situation and take the lead on my reinstatement for pharmacy coverage. Please contact me regarding this. My phone is ***-***- ****.
