On August *th I called regarding an issue with my service and spoke to LaShaun. I explained that my website will not open but displays a screen that says, "wups your website is expired." It has been this way since *******. My bill has been paid and your billing statement on my account says that my plan is paid and up to date. At the conclusion of my conversation LaShaun assured me that our website was active. It is not! *The reference ID: number for that conversation is *******. Since that time I've sent emails and got no reply. Ive been with webs for over * years and paid over $****. It is unacceptable that we have went over two weeks without a website! We've lost clients and potential clients over your failure. If this is not fixed by Tuesday I am discontinuing my account with you and moving on!!! Our business should be better considered and taken care of, we've been good paying customers and are owed some sort of compensation for our losses. Our web address is roadchurch.webs.com our email is *****@***.com and my phone number is ***-***-****. If I don't receive a fix to this problem we are moving on. I don't feel as if I need to say, "Please call me" I think at this point you need to call me and make this problem right, and do so quickly. I've had to so with many clients over the last two weeks its the least you could do for us.
