I dont know if this will help, but I am currently building a website for the company I work for through Wix, We pay for Ecwid which runs our payment and shopping portion of the website. We signed up for WePay, and through several emails I have let them know that I will be doing a test charge of $* to make sure the payment structure works for our more expensive products. They sent me an email back saying they will no longer support our business and that we are a "high risk" They have sent me back a few emails stating they cannot help and will not give me further details or a solution to fix the account.
GetHuman1032852 did not yet indicate what WePay should do to make this right.
