Hello, I wanted to share my recent experience with the pre-order of the Blu-Ray/DVD/Digital/Extended Cut of Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald. We were excited to watch the Extended Version we paid extra for, only to find out it was a Digital Streaming package, not clearly mentioned in the pre-order details. Unfortunately, our limited internet access in a rural area makes streaming impossible. We, like many others, rely on hardcopy media due to lack of cable or high-speed internet. It would be great if future releases do not require digital streaming for access to main content like movies. Thank you for your attention to this matter. - Tim

I am requesting a refund for the game I purchased. I am experiencing difficulty with the Towers of Time, specifically the third phase Shao Kahn. I have spent an hour continuously playing and restarted over [redacted] matches without success against him. Whether I am blocking or not, I cannot defeat him. I am disappointed with the quality of this game and would like to receive a refund for the time I have wasted on it. In my opinion, the Mortal Kombat series has declined in quality since its initial release, and I am extremely dissatisfied with my purchase.

I bought the Warner Home Video 6-DVD set of Henrik Ibsen's plays to watch while recovering from surgery. However, disc 3 only plays one out of the four selections. I purchased a used set on eBay, but it had the same issue. Even two sets from my library had the exact playback problem on disc 3. I tested the discs on various devices, and the problem was consistent. Online research revealed other consumers experiencing the same problem with disc three of this set. I am seeking a replacement copy of disc three, as it contains the main content I wanted to watch. I have all the details about the set and can provide them if necessary.
