Use my card at the grocery store to make a purchase ... I bought this card Monday June **. I put $** on it. I added money to tiger commissary twuce. Once at Union county jail in new Albany,Ms $** * $*.** fee. Ok again at tishimingo county jail in iuka,Ms for $** bought a calling card from tigercommisary to find out today that he was moved to itawam a and will not be able to use and there is no refund not can they transfer it to my account so he could call. If that transaction could be cancelled that would be great if not I understand. I also know there was a $* charge from y'all the first transaction. That should be a total of $**.** correct. Ok yesterday at *:**p.m. I tried to make a purchase at the Banana Box in mantachie,Ms in the amount of $*.** or somewhere close to that amount it was declined ok put one item back and tried for $*. ** or close to that it was declined ok so the clerk said let me try it by credit it was declined. So I had to borrow money to get what I needed.i called the customer service number on the back of my card and automation told me that my card was blocked and there was no reason to speak with a representative to make a picture of my driver's license and other instructions and send. Well this is ridiculous and I would like to speak to a live customer service representative and explain to me what is going on. I want this resolved and what is owed to me. If this cannot be resolved and taken care of today Wednesday June **,**** I will take further action. I needed my money for reasons and this is uacceptable and not the first time this has happened but I will not let this go without legal action. Thank you and I need a resolution before **:** please.i don't need to be emailed although I will give you a email address. I want to speak to a live customer service agent asap.

Much better results than NetSpend, not to be blocked, be able to speak with live rep, and at least reply with an issue to resolve without all the inconvenience.
