Last year, when I purchased a card and tried to activate it, they requested my social security number, which made me uncomfortable due to previous fraud experiences. I opted for a refund of $[redacted]. Despite being told multiple times that a refund was issued, I haven't received it in the past 9 months. Frustrated, I decided to proceed with activating the card, but encountered an issue where the security code didn't match. I attempted to resolve it online by providing all the requested information, including my social security number, without success. It has been a year, and I just want to access the $[redacted].00 on the card. Can someone assist me with this ongoing problem?

I added a total of $2,[redacted] to my Walmart MoneyCard in increments of $[redacted] each. Yet, we encountered issues when checking the account balance online due to an outdated address linked to the card and an incorrect zip code entry. We were then asked to verify my husband's identity multiple times by sending a copy of his driver's license, but access to the account was still denied. Despite having transaction receipts, Walmart did not assist us. Now, my $2,[redacted] balance is decreasing due to Green Dot MoneyCard's $3 monthly fee. The account is closed, and I cannot access my own funds. As parents of two young kids, we urgently need the money. I have involved my attorney, and my next steps may involve reaching out to the news media and protesting outside Walmart. Assistance is greatly needed in this pressing situation.

We encountered issues viewing our account balance online. It seems our old address linked to the card led to us inputting the wrong zip code. Despite multiple attempts at verifying the identity by sending a copy of the driver's license, they still haven't granted access to the account. Although we have transaction receipts, Walmart hasn't been of assistance. The account is now closed with the balance depleting due to monthly fees. I've involved my attorney, and my next plan is to go to the media and protest at Walmart. With two young children relying on us, it's urgent I regain access to MY MONEY. Any prompt assistance is greatly needed.

Since February 28, [redacted], my card has been blocked. I've submitted all the requested documents, but nothing has been resolved. I was informed that a check for the funds on my card was mailed and should arrive by April 2, [redacted]. However, it's now April 8, [redacted], and I have yet to receive the check. Despite multiple calls for assistance, I haven't received any help. I am considering involving my attorney at this stage. The delay in resolving this issue has caused me to pay my bills and rent late, resulting in additional late fees.

I recently received a notification that my Walmart Moneycard had been blocked because of suspicious activity and is now under review. It has been 5 days and the card is still blocked and has now been canceled. Despite my attempts, I have been unable to reach a live person to get more information regarding this matter. This has led to direct deposits being rejected, forcing me to cancel them and have checks sent instead. I am eager to resolve this situation and understand why my card was blocked without any clear explanation. The inconvenience has disrupted my income and caused unnecessary problems that I would like to address promptly.

This morning, I received a notification regarding my card ending in [redacted] about an account update due to unusual activity. Despite having text alerts, I did not receive any notification and did not notice any unfamiliar activities on my mobile app. The sudden card shutdown is causing significant inconvenience as I rely on it for upcoming direct deposits and bill payments. Unfortunately, I have been unsuccessful in reaching a live customer service agent using the number provided on the back of the card. I urgently need my card to be active and wish to discuss this matter with a live agent promptly.

I experienced the same issue. After being with them for 5 years, I decided to switch to Chime, and I am much happier. Recently, I got a new phone and email for work. When I attempted to log in, I couldn't receive a verification code since my email and number had changed. Even though I know my log-in name, I couldn't recall my password, and they were unwilling to assist. Customer service simply said I had to purchase a new card. It's frustrating that despite their profits, they are unable to support their customers.

I have been struggling to resolve an issue for a while now. I made a purchase online using my Walmart debit card, only to discover it was a scam. I contacted the Walmart debit card customer service to block the charge, but I am facing difficulties due to not remembering the phone number linked to the card or my old email address. As a result, I cancelled the card and ordered a new one, but I was informed it would be sent in a "do not forward" envelope. Since I have recently moved and updated my address with USPS, there might be an issue with the delivery. I have tried reaching out for help through various channels without success. I am feeling frustrated and would appreciate any assistance in resolving this matter.

I am looking to understand why Green Dot Bank changed the information required to check balances over the phone. Initially, a password was sufficient, then it shifted to requesting the last 4 digits of my social security number, and now they are asking for the entire social security number. I am uncomfortable sharing my full SSN and find this new requirement frustrating as I need to check multiple times between the 10th and 17th of each month to verify payments. How can I revert to using just a password? I have trusted and used this service for many years and would appreciate your assistance. Thank you. - W. Meadows (billygoat)

Good afternoon. My name is Jennifer Hall. I bought a Walmart VISA debit card to help my son learn about managing credit and debit cards responsibly. We recently tried to register the card over the phone, but it only partially registered. When verifying the address, the automated system did not provide any answer choices. As a result, our card is now limited in use and not reloadable. Unfortunately, we are unable to verify the card online, check the balance, or see the transaction history. Creating an online login is also impossible due to the card verification issue. I kindly request a callback at [redacted]. Thank you.

I have been struggling to email my documents for updating my new address to ensure my card is sent to the correct location. Every time I reach out to a representative, they provide me with different email addresses, but none of them seem to work. This issue has persisted since April 11, [redacted]. I just want my card to be delivered to my updated address. Unfortunately, I am unable to speak with a supervisor. I have repeatedly sent my documents via email without success. Can anyone assist me with this matter?

First Issue: I ordered two wigs from Wigsbuy.com, a company based in China, on different dates in February [redacted]. Despite paying $[redacted].07 and $[redacted].00 for them, I haven't received either wig. My attempts to contact the company were unsuccessful, and I couldn't cancel the order on their website. This experience is unlike my previous online purchases, and I feel the company is fraudulent. It's been nearly 60 days, and I just want a refund at this point. Second Issue: After my information was compromised at work, I had to change my email address and phone number. Now, I can't access my online account as the verification codes are being sent to my old contact information. Despite attempts to update my details, I've been unsuccessful. Having money in my vault inaccessible is frustrating. I was advised to get a new card, but that didn't solve the issue. I need help resetting my account information to access my funds.

I contacted Walmart MoneyCard in November [redacted] to update my address. Within a week, money from my leases was deposited onto the card. To my surprise, I discovered my card had been deactivated without my request, and a new one was on the way. When I received the new card, I tried to activate it, but was informed that the numbers didn't match. Another card was said to be in the mail, even though I had not requested any replacements. Despite this, the second card had issues too and was blocked. I was instructed to send my IDs or driver's license for verification, but I am struggling to find where to submit these documents. I have been unable to reach a human representative and currently have $[redacted].69 tied up between the two cards with identical numbers. If anyone has advice on how I can access my funds, I would greatly appreciate the help. Otherwise, I may need to seek legal counsel. Thank you.

On April 24th, I used my card at an ATM in Gold Country Casino in Oroville, CA [redacted]. At 6:41 am, I withdrew $40.00 and then returned at 6:44 am to withdraw an additional $[redacted].00 before accidentally leaving my card in the machine. I realized my card was missing in the afternoon, contacted the casino but it wasn't turned in. After calling my bank, I discovered the unauthorized transactions at Walmart.com ($[redacted].43), Rite Aid in Paradise, CA ($[redacted].34), and Carls Jr. ($23.43). The casino has footage of the person who took the card, and I have filed a police report with the Butte County Sheriff (Case: 19-02-[redacted]). I was advised to wait for the transactions to post and seek guidance on the next steps.

On January 8th, [redacted], I purchased a money card and a Green Dot reloadable for $[redacted]. Unfortunately, my boyfriend misplaced the card before it could be activated, possibly even destroying it. After contacting Green Dot and sending them a copy of my receipt as requested, I have not received any updates on my case. I am unable to reach out to them further as I lack an account number with no social security linked to it. This situation is quite frustrating, and I am hoping for assistance in transferring the funds to a new card or receiving it via email as a gift certificate. I can confirm that the card was never activated through my receipt, and I have another Green Dot card available for the transfer.

I have been struggling with an issue for a few days. I purchased a card, loaded money onto it, but when I went to activate it, there was an issue verifying my identity. Although they gave me a new card without any problems, I used the same SSN. Now, my money is stuck on a card I can't access, leaving me unable to make purchases. I simply want to withdraw the money and destroy the card. I have been unable to touch my money for days, making store purchases and even attempting to get cash back or use an ATM with no success. I am unable to access my account as my phone was stolen, and I have forgotten my password to log back in. I am also unable to cancel the card as there is still money in my vault that needs to be transferred out. I was informed by a representative that a "spend down" would be placed on the account to move the money out of the vault into spending, following which the account would close. The money was supposed to transfer within a few hours after our conversation yesterday. However, 24 hours have passed, and the funds are still in the vault. I would appreciate it if Walmart MoneyCard representatives could clarify how long the spend down process typically takes. I need to know when the money will be out of the vault so that I can access it, close the account, and open a new one.

I have encountered a prolonged issue with my Walmart MasterCard debit card over the past 8 months. Initially, my card with the number 5[redacted]-0[redacted] and expiration date of 12/20 was functioning without problems until April [redacted] when the system appeared to reject it. Subsequently, I found a newer card with the same number but an expiration date of 01/21 and a different code, [redacted]. Despite numerous attempts to resolve the situation, I have faced challenges with the verification process. Unfortunately, both the automated service and attempts to reach out to the corporate office have not provided assistance as they have disconnected our calls abruptly. When I attempt to activate the card online, I receive an error stating that the number has not been issued, causing concern about the whereabouts of my funds. Ultimately, I am seeking the return of $[redacted], and I am open to different methods of reimbursement. My preferred options are to unblock the card for immediate access to the funds, conduct an electronic bank deposit (provided banking details if needed), or receive a $[redacted] bank check via mail at the address listed below.

When I signed up for the moneycard service, I got two cards. Unfortunately, I lost one of them, not the one ending in [redacted]. Could you please freeze the lost card and either move the money to the one ending in [redacted] or send me a replacement at [redacted] SW 141st Ave, Homestead, FL [redacted]? I only need one card going forward, so having the funds on the active card is essential. Thank you for your assistance, Walmart Money Card Services.

I have been trying to contact customer care but keep getting the same voicemail saying they can't assist with login info for my account. I need to speak to someone about a dispute and order a new card because my wallet was stolen. I have contacted the Lakeland police department. Every time I try to fill out the dispute form, I get an error message. My bills are due, and it is concerning that I can't talk to a customer service representative about this issue. It's unfair when you can't cancel a card due to theft. If I don't speak to a representative today, I will have to take actions to protect my money and income. Please get in touch as soon as possible. Thank you, A.
