I bought a Walmart Visa debit card and loaded $** on it and paid $* to pay $** to upgrade my government phone to unlimited service. I have several important calls to make, and I got the card so I could do that. *I waited until * am until SafeLink customer service is open and I got a csr in India who spoke English but with an accent so thick I couldn't understand her. She ran my Walmart Money card and it was declined, I suppose it wasn't as embarrassing as it would be in a store when you have to put your items back because your card declined*Then I called Walmart Money card customer service, even a bigger joke, no people, just a recording telling me that my card is blocked and that I have to submit my id to a website that takes * days to verify. Then they tell me that Walmart money card has made a desciscion to cancel my account and not allow me to have any more cards or put money on it. What did I do to deserve that? And what about my $**, what about my phone? *I then tried to register on Walmart Money card website. I entered the info * times and each time I got an error sayng that I have not registered a user name.
