The issue in GetHuman-sivvis's own words
My relative is an aged person by name Mr S Narasimhan ********** . He is using Vodafone connection. He is using IPhone S * with an old sim. His wife Smt Vimala has IPhone S * connection also ***** ***** with a Vodafone connection. Their son has got a new I Phone SE **** an upgraded new version. Smt Vimala wants to use for the new I phone SE **** and I think the existing sim in S* would support the same in the new I PHONE too. Mr S Narasimhan will start using IPhone S* of his wife. Both of them are unable to move out and come with me for changing the ordinary sim into micro or the nano sim fitting or compatible with the IPhone *. Please advise me as to how I can help them with the change of sim at your Vodafone office. I am at Choolaimedu, Chennai where one of your centre by name Telecom is located at Neelakandan Street is located. My contract number is ***** ***** and *** ******** and I am KS Ramamoorthy, a Retired SBI Manager . Please reply to my email *****@***.com
