The issue in GetHuman-bmullen's own words
i lost my phone abroad and couldnt find anywhere online to cancel my sim, so went into store * days later to buy a new one and was advised to go on a monthly bill and ever since i did my service has been poor. I've been a customer for over ** years and never had an issue until i went bill, internet doesn't work sometimes, apps continue to fail, i don't know whether its because of going to bill or the phone is bad, I've only had it * weeks and it's already telling me my storage is full (and i only use like * apps (dublin bus, spotify, whatsapp, viber and a sport app), partly because i can fit no more apps on the thing, the staff who sold me the phone said it would be enough for my needs but its clearly not, I'm assuming because i've signed a contract i'm stuck until its over, never wanted to leave vodafone when i could now that i want to i cant, and yes i see the irony!

GetHuman-bmullen did not yet indicate what Vodafone should do to make this right.
