I have just spent over one hour trying to change my plan from £**.** to £**.** per month. I have just been cut off because I assume the advisor does not want to help me. I have a letter dated **th June offering me Superfast * for ** months for £**.**. he says this letter is not correct as you changed your prices ages ago. I received the letter on **th June. If I cannot have this offer, I can get better elsewhere. *I can't believe how difficult, time consuming and pointless using your customer services is. I can't change online as it doesn't recognise my email or home phone number,*I honestly thought your company would want to hang on to its customers, not treat them like this.*I would like someone to call ME on *********** within ** hours or I will stop my monthly direct debit and go elsewhere for my phone and broadband package.**Maria Gray *********** a very disgruntled possibly soon-to-be EX customer
