due to a faulty sim card it was agreed by a phone call at customer services that a new sim card would be replaced and sent. Payment of £** was taken on the **th April but I am still awaiting the replacement sim card. mobile no ***********, Shirley Walters, * Jubilee Way, Holmer Green, High Wycombe, Bucks HP** *NF. I have tried calling C*S today but due to volume of calls, my call is not being answered, this is now urgent if you cannot supply please arrange a refund.
