I have a sim only account which i pay for on behalf of my mother. Over the last few days she has been unable to make any outgoing calls or texts and we suspect that her phone has somehow been barred or has an O bar on it. The telephone number originally registered for this SIM only was *********** however we got it changed back to her old number which was ***** ******. **The Vodafone account and payment comes out of my name (Miss Naomi Guild) I have checked MyVodafone app and all payments have come out fine. How can we resolve this issue, its important that my mum can make outgoing calls. Thanks.
