I am writing regarding two phone contracts started from ** November **** Acc. No. ********** .Mobile no. ************ and Acc. no ******** Mobile no. *********** (carphone warehouse)**I originally took the contracts out acting as a guarantor for a friend who I am now aware has seriously defaulted on making the monthly payments. Over the months I have tried to negotiate when a lump sum payment could be made and that I would go in store to pay, and each time a date is arranged the person that I have acted as guarantor for tells me that they have gone in store themselves and have made a payment of £*** and odd pounds in the last few weeks. When I ask for proof of this payment I am told everything is taken care of. Now I am in a position whereby nothing is being discussed with me and all communications have become very heated. I have not recently received any letter regarding the defaults and would like to know what has been paid if and when. I cannot access my accounts via internet because a pin would be sent to the phones to verify which I do not have.**I find it very strange that a bill can be paid without presenting account details etc. and with the new data protection laws by someone else, but still the person is still insistent that payments have been made.**I now have found myself in a position whereby I need to know how much payments have been made and what is left outstanding to move forward in rectifying this situation.**Kind Regards **Miss V Thomas
