My name is Yvonne beane,I have recently upgraded two phones.my telephone is *********** And my husband's phone is ***********.*Last week I arrived to pick up phones from your store in lewes sussex first of all both phones were there but was told practinly have one as one them was already ordered!these phones were ordered a week before l my main issue is not with the service but the fact it was such a cold and windy day,I requested the doors to be shut and was,told it's Company policy not to shut the doors i was there nearly two hours and frozen.I went yesterday to pick up the other phone,the doors still open it was quite sunny but not on the store side.I think this is not acceptable even the staff had,their fleeced on.what happens in the winter? I am now in bed with the flu it's not related i knoe but I was shivering yesterday and an older gentleman remarked how it is always cold in here.I shall of course go to another store which is not convenient to me.perhaps you can explain you company policy on this as I know if it falls below a certain temperature your staff do not have to work.I know this as I am a practice manager of a surgery*Yours Sincerely Yvonne Beane
