I paid £** on **** with a new card I spoke to a lady who needed my address etc - it was all sorted she said and would be credited straight away - ** hours later still no money been put on. I phoned and spoke to a very helpful man who told me what to do which I have tried to do again today but it won't let me the automated voice just keeps telling me it doesn't understand - please can my £** just be credited to my account and also the money that has been taken from my account because the £** did not go on credited back to me - I do not want to be in the red because of something that was not my fault.
