I am writing regarding my Vodafone account. I have cancelled all direct debits and have no intention of Paying any future payments until this is resolved. Last year you were billing me double the agreed contract. After speaking with Simone it appeared you were billing me for a insurance for a tablet that didn't exist. I asked for the money by cheque which you took without an agreement for something that didn't exist. I was advised this is not possible and that you could only offer credit to my account. I reluctantly agreed. **I still liked Vodafone for its reliable signal. And renewed my contract a few weeks back. **I took out a Samsung galaxy s*. Last week I had to claim through insurance as this phone was lost. Although phone was in orestine condition. The claim went through and new phone arrives today. Scruffs and dirt marks all over it. Not acceptable. I then called to ask why a sim wasn't sent out which nobody knew why. I rely very heavily on my phone and am losing business every day without a working phone being self employed . All I wanted was a phone in similar condition. However for the **.** excess and **.** a month this should have been a brand new phone. I will wait ** hours I.e Friday *pm for a solution or I will have no option but to ignore Vodafone and continue with a different network provider. Please get me on ***** ******
