my phone was stolen and i went to your store in *cresta shopping centre on Friday to do the sim swop. all letters from my company on a letterhead was mailed to the person directly by **:** that same day. On Saturday, **th May i had to go back to the store to find that the sim swop was never processed. It is now Sunday afternoon **:** and it seems like the sim swop was still not done correctly. i have been in and out of your store queue after queue and am really quite frustrated with Vodacom's poor commitment to service. please can u assist in getting this matter sorted. my Phone number is **********, the sim number ********************. the letter has been sent now to * different consultants at your Cresta branch, being Neville and Wilson. if there is any further information required to complete this sim swop, please could you kindly email me as i do not have another contact number.
