A sales consultant falsely informed me to have me purchase a **GIG data contract. I contact your call centre, and a woman kindly helped me and accepted that he falsely informed me, and I was reimbursed for my next monthly payment, and my contract was cancelled.**I have now been debited for that exact contract, and one of your cancelation consultants keeps rudely interrupting me with every question he had for me.**I'm extremely annoyed with Vodacom, as I've been a customer for many years now, and your consultants are very quick to lie to customers, as well as treat them with gret disrespect! **I was told the contract would be cancelled (in March) because of your sales consultant's lies, and yet I'm still having my account deducted for this "cancelled" contract. To then be told it'll be cancelled on the **th of May, when I called in March! **I'm extremely frustrated, and I'm at the point of removing all my services with you.
