I pay for my daughter's Virgin Mobile cell phone. Her phone was stolen. She reported it immediately. Virgin locked her account. When she went to get a replacement phone from one of V-M's outlets in Victoria B.C. Canada she was told she was not the authorized user! My daughter was very ill at the time and V-M reps just ran her around and took up several hours of my work time to attempt to gain a resolve. V-M's solution was to keep charging the account ($**.**) when they knew my daughter did not have a phone. Unfortunately she went back to V-M on ** NOV ** and purchased a new phone. Now V-M has charged the account and "Upgrade Processing Fee: $**.** and a Partial Monthly Plan Charge: $**.**. Nice people at Virgin M. So, I will be on CBC's Go Public in '**' hours if V-M does nothing ( as usual). U crass and greedy SOB's*
