The issue in GetHuman304899's own words
I saved & archived my Mothers voicemails on my old device. These voicemails went to a folder called smvvm (archived). The messages are precious to me & I have been working diligently for * weeks to open these files & listen to them. I was told by one of your reps that the files were corrupted which was devastating enough. Thankfully it is not true. I have found all of them & I need a technician that knows what they are talking about to call me or email me asap. I am trying to email, text, or any other way to my new device or at least get them back to where I had them & could listen to them at any time. I was able to make one a ringtone. Please this is a very important matter. My phone is ********** & my email is *****@***.com. Thank you*Dana Valletta
