Hi there. I am an American citizen who will be living in Germany for the next couple of years. I used Virgin mobile for several years while living in the USA. My U.S. account does not get any service here in Germany, and so I've gotten mobile service with another provider. I am currently on your automatic payment plan which charges my Visa card every month. I now need to cancel my Virgin mobile service so that I will no longer receive this monthly charge, for a service that I cannot use. The mobile number for this account is ***-***-****. My name is Michael Stephens. My current billing zip code is *****, but in previous months it would've been *****. I have tried to cancel this service myself by logging into my online account, but my username and password do not work, and I seem to encounter trouble whenever I try to recover them.
