I am awaiting a refund from Virgin Atlantic for a flight on ******** (flight * VS-* from Heathrow to JFK). My booking reference was FFP*V*. I spoke to a customer rep. about a month ago who said she would put through the request to the refund department. Then, on October **th I received an e-mail from the Refunds Department saying that my refund ha been processed and that I would be receiving it within * to ** working days. It was to be refunded to the original form of payment on my VISA card ending in ****. So far, the refund has not appeared on my account. I am writing to determine the status of this refund, whether it was sent to the proper account, and finally, to resolve this issue. Thank you. Ruth Kaplan
